NEC GROUP provided project management services for the fit-out works and furniture for the second site of the chain NEDELYA CAFÉ & PATISSERIE in Bucharest, Romania.

The scope of NECG’s involvement in the project included:

• Project management; as the only representative of the client, NEC GROUP managed all of the procedures and parts of the project, including but not limited to the preliminary site survey, material research, tender procedures for all of the works, and assistance during the acquisition of all of the permits and certificates needed to proceed with the project

• Construction cost control and invoice approval process

• Progress control (quantitative and qualitative)

• Transport of furniture and equipment

• Contracts, claims and variations management
