NEC GROUP provided project management services for the fit-out works and furniture for the new office of Adecco Bulgaria in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The office takes 3 floors and has area of 6,200.00 square meters.

The scope of NECG’s involvement in the project included:

• Project management; as the only representative of the client, NEC GROUP managed all of the procedures and parts of the project, including but not limited to the preliminary site survey, material research, tender procedures for all of the works

• Coordination with Landlord

• Construction cost control and invoice approval process

• Progress control (quantitative and qualitative)

• Transport of furniture and equipment

• Contracts, claims and variations management
