NEC Group was assigned to perform refurbishment works at DSK HQs offices at 5th and 6th floors, Benkovski str., Sofia.
 
NEC Group will deliver refurbished 1.300 sq.m. of offices with the following scope:
 

• Demoloishing & prеparation works.

• Design team support.

• Value engineering & technical solutions optimization.

• Construction works architectural, MEP, sanitary, glass partitions, interior&acoustic features.

• Coordination of works of the nominated vendors & subcontractors.

• Health& safety.

• As-built drawings.

• Quality assurance.
