NEC Group was assigned as General Contractor to perform full scope fit-out works of the new BTL Industries offices&warehouse in Plovdid. Total usable to be completed is 29.000 sq.m.

Following the completion of the rought concrete structure of both buldings, NEC Group will fully complete the buildings turn-key in partnership with Interhold EOOD. The scope includes all interior and exterior finishes including curtain fasade and furniture.
